Hot drinks for people who do not drink coffee

Floral or herbal infusion

There are plenty of ways to make an infusion. I tried rose tea years ago. I bought dried rose buds from a tea shop. I can’t remember the taste but it looked beautiful.

Fresh ginger infusion

Cut a thin slice of fresh ginger and add it to a mug of plain hot water. It’s easy to make. I wonder if it could help to clear out the system…

Squeezed juice in hot water

Squeeze lemon into hot water. Maybe put a slice of whole lemon in for decoration and extra flavour.

Chai

Make your own chai tea. Find a recipe online.

Classic green or black tea

Matcha

This form of green tea can feel wonderful in hot (plant based) milk with maybe a healthy sweetener if preferred.
