The chilled way to enjoy frozen pineapple in the summer

Did you know you can make a sugar-free healthy slushie at home? It’s easy and refreshing. Here’s what you need to do.

Cut and freeze small chunks of pineapple. Group together the softer parts of the pineapple. Set the core aside separately.

After the pieces have been frozen, choose the amount you would like to use in your blended beverage. You may want some of the pinapple core. However, it will blend much more slowly and potentially stay chunky. This is why you should mostly use the other parts.

Blend the frozen pineapple with some coconut water, filtered water or light soy milk. Use a Thermomix or high-speed blender.

Add enough liquid for the desired consistency of a drink.

Pour to serve.
