We all need to hydrate. We know it is important. It takes a conscious choice to drink enough water in busy everyday life. Here are some ways to get more water in your day.

Keep a beautiful glass on your desk
Any sip of water can feel extra special in the right glass. Although many people swear by the classic bottle at a desk, I like to turn the everyday essentials into more of a treat experience. The smaller cup also motivates me to get up and get more of a drink, encouraging movement in the day.
Refill a reusable drink bottle or cup
Bring your own supply of water on the go. I recently began sometimes filling my water in a reusable coffee cup if I worry a bottle will be too bulky or heavy. But when I need extra, I definitely grab my tall stainless steel bottle - especially when going to yoga or for long walks. Everyone should have a few reusable drink bottles for all purposes.
Order table water at cafes and restaurants
When you sit at a table or order at a counter, ask for table water. Ideally, you could get a whole bottle of water to pour and sip gradually. Alternatively, servers should at least provide a glass. The extra water can be on the side of other drinks - even if you order coffee, kombucha or something stronger.
Make fruity or floral infusions
Add slices of fruit or other plants in your water to improve the taste. You can get an infusion bottle to enjoy these drinks when going out.
