Taking morning porridge to the next level

Dried fruit

I personally enjoy sultanas with my porridge. Goji berries are a superfood treat. What other dried fruits would you add to your breakfast?

Chopped nuts

Get a chopping board and a proper knife. Cut up little bits of walnuts, almonds… whatever you’re into.

Cinnamon

I sprinkle a lot of cinnamon into my porridge. Look around for bulk quantities of this ingredient and other flavours.

Seeds

Ground linseed is pretty accessible. Chia seeds and hemp are great too.
