High protein wrap

This seitan tofu wrap is high in protein and iron. It uses whole food ingredients along with some easy treats. The wilted spinach didn’t have any added water. So it didn’t make the wrap too soggy.

I personally wouldn’t approve of the average wrap bread from the supermarkets. The good soft wraps have all sorts of ingredients. The natural ones have broke apart in my experience. I personally use whatever wrap bread I can find. I have phases of preferring them. If you can find a very natural bread that holds together, let me know!

I most recently used Veganaise for my vegan mayo. But there are so many types of plant based and vegan friendly mayonnaise.

A tomato/veg relish or chutney brings a different taste. For wraps and sandwiches, a good sauce is important.

These were a few ways to bring interesting ingredients into a high protein wrap. It was just a simple thing I chucked together in a lunch time. But honestly, it tasted pretty good. Remember to experiment with food!
